Yes, your card will be charged right away.

Contact us at support@boxav.com immediately and we will make every effort to update the order before shipping.

Orders within Canada usually take 2-7 business days but can take longer from time to time. 

Shipping is free to all Canadian provinces for all products except Boardroom in a Box or orders with an electric sit stand desk. If you are based in the US or elsewhere in the world and are interested in purchasing a BoxAV solution, please contact sales@boxav.com.

When checking out, you will notice two shipping options for Boardroom in a Box:

#1 TO LOADING DOCK

The shipment will arrive on a skid and requires a dock at the receiving location. Select this option if your place of business has a dock to accept the shipment. This option costs $150 CAD.

#2 SECOND PERSON INSIDE DELIVERY

Choose this option if your place of business does not have a dock and you need to specify where you want the package to be delivered in the building. This option costs $250 CAD.

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order within 24 hours. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

If it's been marked delivered and has been longer than one business day please contact support@boxav.com with any questions. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 30-day no questions asked return policy on unopened items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and unopened in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@boxav.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please send a photo to our Support Team at support@boxav.com and include your order number so we can take a look and help with a solution. Concealed damage should be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
